Ryan's Manifesto

"My name is Ryan O’Loughlin. I’m a young lad sick of youth today not getting noticed. The following is what I am proposing, to work towards getting things better for young people.

Younger people as well as older are getting over charged with bus and train rates every day. These categories of age simply do not have the money to pay for a ten minute ride.

When I was younger I always wanted to vote to make a difference when I couldn’t. I understand that younger people do care and I don’t want the same to happen to you, by lowering the age vote to ensure this happens.

At school you only get a limited idea of SRE (sex and relationships education) and often that isn’t what we as young people need. We feel we require better information on SRE including STI’s (sexually transmitted infections.)

If I’m elected I will do everything in my power to make things happen through  listening and working together with you – the young people of Nottinghamshire."
