Hello..... my name is Bex Bailey and I am 17 years old.

My Interests include: music, politics, history, the environment, philosophy, I like meeting new people and learning new things, I also take an interest in journalism and the media, I want to make a difference. My Hobbies are: I love music (mainly rock, indie and blues), I play the guitar, I like going to gigs and socialising, I enjoy reading and writing, I do a lot of debating and enjoy public speaking, I lead a Citizenship Club at my school and enjoy doing charity work.

Here is what I would like to do for the young people in Nottinghamshire

• Reduce the cost of public transport to make it more accessible to young people.
• Improve the image of young people in the media.
• Tackle common prejudices.
• Work to try to reduce knife crime and drug abuse.
• Try to preserve green spaces.
