What do the Members of Youth Parliament do?
The aim is to give Young People a voice which will be heard by local and national government. Members of Youth Parliament (MYP's) will be expected to attend local, regional and national meetings where they will participate by expressing their opinions but also listen to and respect those of other Young People. Nottinghamshire MYP's are elected at Citizenship Day where fun and informative workshops are held for Young People parallel to them voting in their new Nottinghamshire MYP representatives for the forthcoming year.
