What is the Rushcliffe Youth Assembly?
The Rushcliffe Youth Assembly was established in 2001. It is an organisation which seeks to represent the views and opinions of young people between the ages of 11-19 inclusive within Rushcliffe. It is a voice for young people and an essential way to question and put forward their views to decision-makers.
It also aims to highlight, promote and raise the awareness of Citizenship by active involvement to ensure a collective response to the needs of young people in the community of Rushcliffe.
The Rushcliffe Youth Assembly has the continued support of Nottinghamshire County Council, Rushcliffe Borough Council and local councils throughout Rushcliffe.
