Nottinghamshire County Council is committed to partnership working and we are always interested in hearing from our partners.  We recognise that from time to time there will be issues arising out of our partnership working that need to be discussed and reconciled where possible.  We are also happy to receive any compliments about our work with you!

If you would like to raise a concern or make a comment or a suggestion about the way we work with you, then we have provided you with a forum to do so!  We are running this feedback forum as a pilot for six months and will then evaluate its success and decide whether to continue with it.

Please use the feedback form to make your comments or suggestions and we will ensure that the relevant person receives them.  We will normally aim to respond to you within 20 working days.  If the issue you raise needs more detailed consideration then we will tell you.  That might mean our response takes a little longer or we suggest particular ways of resolving it.  

(Many of our partnering arrangements allow for mediation or dispute resolution.  This facility does not override or substitute those processes which should be used where appropriate.  If you wish to make a complaint please refer to our corporate complaints procedure.
