Best Value Performance Indicators

Each year the Council reports on a collection of statutory performance indicators set by the Government, called Best Value Performance Indicators. The 2007/08 results [129KB] can be downloaded.

Annual Performance Plan 2008-09

Each year the Council publishes an Annual Performance Plan.

This provides a detailed picture of how we have performed in the previous year and our plans for development and improvement in the coming year.

In year performance reporting

The Council also publishes performance reports within the year to assess progress towards the achievement of the year end performance target.

2007/08

• Quarter 2 (July-September) six monthly performance data [DOC 251KB] to assess progress towards the achievement of the year's performance targets.
• The full six month performance report [DOC 537KB] gives a detailed analysis of the priority performance results, the predicted scores in the 2007 Comprehensive Performance Assessment and progress made so far in the strategic programmes.
