There is a charge of £15.00 for full information. An £8.00 charge applies for searches of nearby road schemes, traffic schemes and both nearby road and traffic schemes combined. If a highway extent plan is required there is an additional charge of £35.00. The maximum charge is £50.00.

  • This information is not equivalent to a full CON29 Land Search. Please contact the relevant district council to obtain a CON29 search if this is what you need.

  • Please provide a plan highlighting the property in question and please ensure that it is at 1:1250 or better scale.
  • If the plan provided is not of a suitable quality or scale, a clearer plan will be provided at an additional charge. We will inform you before this action is taken.
  • A copy of this form will be emailed to you if you provide your email address, otherwise you may wish to print a copy for your records.
