Following a recent successful joint review, Nottinghamshire Social Services is in the process of building on its two star status. In our Children’s Services fieldwork teams we are currently:
- combining our Children in Need and Looked After Teams
- increasing the direct support we provide to our Social Workers by providing additional non-qualified support staff in all our fieldwork teams.
The Team Manager post is a crucial first line management position. Team Managers inform and implement the Department’s vision for improving services to children and families.
We currently have Team Manager vacancies in Bassetlaw/Newark and Ashfield/Mansfield, where the type and volume of work is challenging.
