  • culture, religion and fasting
  • relationship between nutrition and health
  • special dietary needs – vegetarianism, weight management (reduction/increase), high fibre, diabetic, low fat etc
  • overcoming nutritional difficulties
  • case studies
  • challenge of meeting nutritional requirements
  • ways to improve performance.
