The new strategy for workforce development across Nottinghamshire County and Nottingham City 2010-2015 has just been launched. It covers how we will ensure all providers deliver high quality care through developing the right people with the right skills.
There are two parts to the strategy:
- A Strategic Vision - what we want to achieve
- Workforce Data - background information to support the strategy
Who is this strategy for?
- Providers of adult social care in both public and independent sectors
- Commissioners of care
- Providers of training in social care
The strategy is a joint commitment by Nottinghamshire County Council, Nottingham City Council, Health and independent sector care providers.
