Service user reference group

The service user reference group had their first meeting on 3 March 2009 in Mansfield. The group plan to meet three or four times a year, until October 2010 when the project finishes.

You can find out what the group is doing by reading the minutes from the meeting:

• Wednesday 22 July 2009, Masonic Hall, Mansfield.
• Tuesday 3 March 2009, Making It Centre, Mansfield.

The group has also agreed its Terms of Reference.

Assessment questionnaire

The title for the questionnaire that decides what support service users need, and what their Personal Budget will be is the 'Self Directed Support Assessment'.
