Fund for Disabled People
We have a fund for grants to help pay for a range of items. These items should improve a disabled person’s lifestyle and independence.
The items that we make grants for are shown in the table below. Grants are made for a set amount, depending on the item.

Grants are only available to disabled people living in Nottinghamshire (excludes residents of the City of Nottingham).

Applying to the fund
- Contact the Customer Service Centre and ask them to send you an application form. Contact details are shown on the right of this page.

Please note, all applications need to be supported by a professional worker such as your social worker, occupational therapise or doctor.
All application forms should be returned to the address shown on the form, not the Customer Service Centre.
