Specialist benefits advice
We provide specialist advice services to the following groups of people in Nottinghamshire:
- people with severe learning disabilities and their carers
- people who are going into residential care or staying at home with support from the Adult Social Care and Health Department
- people who use mental health services and their carers
- people who are HIV positive or have AIDS
- people who use the Home Care service
- people who are deaf or visually impaired
- adoptive families, before and after adoption
- disabled children and their carers
- carers (people who look after someone else who is ill, frail or disabled, without payment).
