Day and community support services

These services help people with a physical impairment to develop the skills they need to become more independent within the community.

Supported employment

The Ready4Work team offers help, advice and support in finding employment for disabled people and people with long-term health conditions who live in Nottinghamshire.

Lunch clubs

Lunch clubs are an informal opportunity for people to get together at a local venue. They are for people aged 65 and over.

Information for asylum seekers

We provide some services to asylum seekers who have been moved to Nottinghamshire by the National Asylum Support Service.

For people who need support to help them to live independently.
