What type of operating system are you using?Windows
If
you are using Internet Explorer or Netscape you should be able to see the videos. If you can't, your
version may be very old or some of its features may never have been installed or enabled. In most
cases just updating your Windows system and browser will fix it.Update your

Explorer
Update Internet Explorer at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/default.asp Also
check that you have the correct features installed and enabled. Go to the Tools tab in the toolbar.
Select Internet Options and then Advanced. Make sure that the following settings are ticked: - java
- Microsoft
VM (if it is in the settings) - JIT compiler selected
- activeX (if
it is in the settings)
Netscape
Update
Netscape at http://www.netscape.co.uk/netscape/7/default.htm Also
check that
you have the following features installed and enabled: - java
- Microsoft
VM (if it is in the settings) - JIT compiler selected
- activeX (if
it is in the settings)
Mac operating
system
If
you are using Internet Explorer the only supported version is Internet Explorer 5.1.
If
you are using Netscape the supported browsers are 5.0-6.0.Linux
Unfortunately
Linux is not supported.
