Try IT in libraries

Many libraries in the county can offer you free basic computer skills and Internet training.

The following list shows you the type of sessions that may be available:

• Computer basics
• Introduction to the Internet
• Using e-mail
• Family history on the web
• Computer skills for under fives.

Some libraries offer training on an ongoing basis while others organise events (sometimes linked to national campaigns like "Silver Surfers Week") at different times of the year. Please ask at your local library to find out what is available.
