Meetings Room Hire
Are you looking for a venue to host your meeting?
Nottinghamshire Archives' Meeting Room is available for organisations and societies to hire. The room can hold 20 people with the tables and chairs arranged in 'boardroom style' (suitable for meetings). The room can hold 35 people with the tables and chairs arranged in 'theatre style' (suitable for presentations and lectures). Archives staff will organise and lay out the room for you.

Audio-Visual Equipment
The hiring of audio-visual equipment costs an additional £3.50.
The following audio-visual equipment is available:
- A projector and laptop for PowerPoint presentations (unfortunately Internet access is not available)
- A slide projector
- An overhead projector (OHP).
Refreshments
The provision of an urn, crockery and cutlery costs an additional £9.00.
Alternatively, tea, coffee and biscuits can be provided at a cost of £1.20 per person.
