Letter by a young girl to her father, 1837

This letter was written by a young girl to her father, William Wilson, in 1837. She talks about learning geography and also comments that she is glad "Papa [h]as been to London about the poor slaves". The abolition of slavery was a major issue at that time; William was attending Parliament.
