In 2009 the Government introduced compulsory regulations on the nutritional requirements of school meals. These regulations mean that our menus have to comply with 14 national nutritional standards which ensure that children are provided with a healthy, balanced diet.
In order to ensure our menus continue to meet these requirements, they are analysed through specialist software.
