This describes how arrangements for children with special educational needs are made in Nottinghamshire. This includes:
- Providing funding for schools so that they could meet the needs of children with SEN
- Providing a system for all schools to ask for extra resources for pupils with more complex difficulties
- Providing access to support services who work with schools, children and families
- Providing specialist training courses for teachers and teaching assistants to develop understanding, skills and expertise
- Working closely with Parent Partnership Services
