If you are an adoptive parent, a grandparent or a brother or sister, Support After Adoption offers you various services once the adoption order has been made.
You can get help with welfare rights, education, health (including mental health), services for black families, youth service and services for disabled children.
Nottinghamshire Adoption service has produced two leaflets for people who have adopted. Suppport services will differ, depending on whether you live in Nottinghamshire or outside.

Working closely with national adoption groups such as Adoption UK and BAAF, we also offer training courses, seminars and conferences for adopters as well as regular updates through mailings and a newsletter.
