The aim of land improvement initiatives at Nottinghamshire County Council is to protect and enhance the environment. The Landscape and Reclamation [PDF 1.7MB] team provides expertise in landscape architecture, land reclamation and contaminated land, with extensive experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams and within partnership structures. The Landscape team offers a landscape architecture service including landscape design, assessment and advice. The team is a registered practice with the Landscape Institute, offering services covering the project lifecycle from inception and project development through site assessment/feasibility to design, contract management and long term management.

 

The Reclamation team is a multi-disciplinary group of highly qualified professionals that includes engineers, geologists, and ground modelling experts that deal with all aspects of 'Brownfield' and 'Greenfield' development and remediation.
