What is nottshorizon?

Nottshorizon is a web-based Asset Management Planning system designed to manage property assets.

It is browser based and is designed to support departments scattered across locations. It contains centralised asset and property data as well as automated alerts to keep all interested parties updated.

What does the system provide?

The nottshorizon system provides:

• key service areas
• key drivers amongst officers and elected members
• accurate, real time visibility to cross property and asset data
• comprehensive database support - a full range of property information from terrier, and leases through to condition, suitability and sufficiency assessments
• full document control and picture management
• links to Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Geographical Information System (GIS) data available in the browser.

How is it used?

Nottshorizon is used to improve delivery and allow project and programme / portfolio managers to improve communication and efficiency within projects. This enables the early identification of problems and accurate reporting on project progress.

If you have access to the official Property Register, log on to
website: nottshorizon.nottscc.gov.uk.
